NeuroKernel Embedded Edition can be configured for the needs of the
Customers. It is designed for device manufacturers who may embed a
NeuroKernel into their hardware devices. NeuroKernel Embedded Edition
licensing is different from OEM licensing. Companies should be able to
commit to buy a large volume. We will also accept monthly or yearly volume
commitments with separate agreements.
Embedded Edition is bundled with an embeddable servlet engine and a tiny
RDBMS database engine or a file based database for speed which does not
require SQL queries. Number of users is configurable, but default package is
shipped only with one user. NeuroKernel Desktop modules are also
configurable, we may remove some modules to save more space if requested.
Personal
Editions are fully capable NeuroKernel Platforms which
can run any NeuroKernel application. The only major
difference is that they can only work offline. Shrink
wrap installer of NeuroKernel can set up and install Bundled Tomcat 6.0 and
HSQL RDBMS automatically if desired. For more information, please do not
