OEM partnership program is for organizations capable to
produce high value software programs and resell them. OEM partners
will get discounts on each license issued. We will provide a private version of
the product and the full documentation to our OEM partners.

We have different OEM partnership agreements for each of the
Enterprise and Professional Editions. If you want to wrap NeuroKernel
API to deliver a custom development
environment to your customers, you will also need Developer Edition OEM
agreement. For example, some companies might want to offer a way to
create applications to support their products, in that case, they need
to wrap NeuroKernel API in someway. They can only do so if they also have
OEM agreement for Developer Edition with us.
Your customers are yours not ours. OEM partners must commit to technical
support and training.
You will be responsible on supporting your customers; however, we will
provide all the necessary technical assistance to your company when needed. In
addition, we will make discounts on re-branding and partial customizations for
the private version given to the OEM partner company if requested. Annual partnership program fees
are mandatory for OEM Partners.
